Terms of Service

1. Overview These Terms of Service govern all photography, videography, mapping, drone operation and related services provided by Campbell's Flying Machines ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service, you ("the client") agree to these terms in full.

2. FAA Compliance & Licensing All flights are conducted in accordance with FAA regulations under a Part 107 Commercial Remote Pilot Certificate. We reserve the right to cancel or abort any flight that cannot be conducted safely or legally, including situations involving restricted airspace, unsafe weather, or hazardous conditions on or near the property.

3. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for: ensuring legal access to the property being photographed or mapped; obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals prior to the session; notifying us of any known hazards, obstacles, or restricted areas on or near the property; and being available (or having an authorized representative present) at the scheduled time.

4. Deliverable Timelines Edited deliverables are typically provided within 3–5 business days of the completed session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.

5. Revisions Each service includes one round of minor revisions (color correction, cropping, or file format changes). Additional revision requests may be subject to additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property All raw footage, images, and data captured during a session remain the property of Campbell's Flying Machines until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered files for their intended purpose. We reserve the right to use deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

7. Liability Campbell's Flying Machines carries $1,000,000 in liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, airspace restrictions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Payment A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking on select services. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of files until payment is received in full.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Union County, North Carolina.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
